Lori is a change & digital learning strategist whose custom-designed solutions have a strategic impact improving people and organizational performance. She evolved the Syzygy® Design Methodology as she worked and learned with leading organizations worldwide.  Syzygy® is based on many influences such as systems thinking, cognitive and developmental psychology, behaviour change, systems thinking and human centred design.

Minja supports and upskills learners in the SYZYGY® digital learning toolset. She works in the area of digital transformation, producing engaging digital learning content and blended learning solutions, continuously improving and simplifying learning content with the learner in mind. She coaches others in their personal learning journey, enabling them to adapt to a digital learning landscape and leveraging tacit knowledge collectively.
